Deceitful services I came an purchase a car almost 13 months ago with a cracked wheel from the inside, And off Couse during the time of purchase the damage wasn't signi I came an purchase a car almost 13 months ago with a cracked wheel from the inside, And off Couse during the time of purchase the damage wasn't significant for the tires to deflate on air pressure, since the vehicle was sitting in the lot and not been driven, and mind you this was never mention to me at all. And as always I was given 90 day or 3000 mile warranty which in this case would not even apply simply because I never drove the car excessively to stretch the crack on the wheel, because I had another means of commute. And by the way an inspection service record was never presented to me at least in the time of purchase, but right after I made a claim to their service department, now here comes a service manager Tyson Muse with a printout version of some sought of inspection claiming all four wheels were sold in good sharp (NOT TRUE). Certified Benz and Beemer I feel played, deceived and highly disappointed, by the fact that your service Dept. is not being honest when it comes to the safety of your product. If this is the type of business practice CBB is showing us, then they are not different from your regular used car Dealership. My advice STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!!! More

Best Dealership in town! I visited around 4 different dealerships looking for a luxury car that was a certain size and with all of the bells and whistles. I was losing hope, w I visited around 4 different dealerships looking for a luxury car that was a certain size and with all of the bells and whistles. I was losing hope, when I decided to visit CBB. I had spoken to Que on the phone so I decided to work with him. We had spoken about a BMW that I saw online. As soon as I saw the car I knew it’d be too small. I explained to Que exactly what I was looking for and he mentioned a car that had come in but hadn’t been detailed yet. As soon as I saw the car I fell in love with it. Que was very helpful and offered information about the car that I didn’t think to ask. There were a few cosmetic issues that Que offered to fix for me. Overall he made my shopping experience stress free and enjoyable. I didn’t feel like he was trying to push, or pressure me to make a decision. There was no rush and I’m very happy with my new car. It’s everything that I wanted it to be. I would absolutely recommend going to see Que if you want to experience what car shopping should be like. I absolutely loved how excited he was for me, rather than being excited for the sale, which really meant a lot to me. More

Naaem “ Q” is our go to guy for luxury automobiles I bought my 17 Cla45 AMG from Q last year. He was patient and let my wife and I test drive 8 cars. We came back yesterday to buy an SUV. We bought a sweet 2018 Infiniti QX80. Came back today and drove 5 more cars before buying a 2018 BMW 440i convertible with 7k mikes.
