Instead, once we returned, the 2015 Mercedes SLH 350 was in the drive waiting for us to experience its ride - which was fabulous! I was in love! We quickly and efficiently went through the process of trading both cars in and arranging a payment plan for the difference. The transaction was smooth and we were on the road to celebrate at our favorite restaurant. Because of Chris, we went to this dealership after a rather disappointing experience with the other BMW dealer. My Experience I went to this dealership to look at a car that I thought I wanted to purchase. I got there and walked around for 10 or 15 mins before Que approached I went to this dealership to look at a car that I thought I wanted to purchase. I got there and walked around for 10 or 15 mins before Que approached me. There were other salesman standing around but none even spoke to me. Once Que finished up with his customers he came out to help me. He was very pleasant, not pushy, I appreciated that. I asked him several questions about 3 or 4 cars, changed my mind about several cars and not once did he seem irritated or annoyed with my questions. If it wasn’t for Que I would not have purchased a car at this dealership due to the lack of customer service that I received before Que. Thanks Que, all salesman should be cloned like you. I will buy my next car from you! More

Once at the dealership, "Que" helped us find the perfect choice - a 2015 Mercedes SLH 350. Que made this experience one I will remember and be exceedingly grateful for. We traded in my 2014 Jeep Cherokee and my husbands BMW, receiving a very fair amount towards the total price of the vehicle and helped us finance the remaining amount. We were finished with all the arrangements with the assistance of the finance department. All in all it was one of the best experiences I've ever had when purchasing a car. More
