No Pressure Sales Room I found it hard to believe that there was such a thing as no hassle car shopping! But it's true! I had used my USAA app to find the car I wanted (2014 I found it hard to believe that there was such a thing as no hassle car shopping! But it's true! I had used my USAA app to find the car I wanted (2014 Acura RDX) I had received a message from Chris but did not reply. This was my mistake and don't let it be yours! Chris will assist you from start to finish. He explains things clearly and you will not be left with questions. Without his assistance I most likely would have missed out on this car. It was strange with the no haggle on pricing but I did shop around and the pricing was competitive and I felt comfortable accepting it. I would also like to thank Morgan in the service department for his speedy and professional service. I would without a doubt recommend Certified Benz and Beemers and I would most defiantly recommend Chris. More

Unfortunately my wife had very specific preference for color and interior. If you had the car, we would have definitely purchased at Certified Benz and Beemer. The three most impressive things were how well he educated us on the different Mercedes model's and helped us narrow in on what we wanted. I loved the cooperative, no high pressure approach and last the pricing was fair and honest. I will definitely recommend to friends and family and will come back for my next car. More

It’s always nice and fun to get a new car, however, the long difficult process involved dampens the experience. From the games dealerships play (trying to wear you down/holding onto your keys & licenses/the beating you go through in the finance department/trying to convince you that they know more about what you are looking for than you do) to the actual decisions involved in changing vehicles, it can be exhausting! Certified Benz & Beemer was like nothing I have experienced before. No salesman jumped on me the moment I entered the dealership. I was allowed to look around, knowing that someone was ready, willing, and able to answer any questions as they arose. Howie was the first salesman I met. He treated me with respect, was friendly, very knowledgeable, and supportive. Howie was busy when I returned the next day, so instead of having me wait for him to finish up with another customer; he had Andy help me out. Once again, it was a pleasant experience. I brought my wife in a couple of days later to choose which car we wanted. Naimul “Que” assisted us through the complete process. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured to make up our minds on which car to purchase. Everyone that we came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and most importantly, respectful. Travis worked with us on financing. This was the first time ever that I didn’t feel pressured and beat up on when financing a car. He was very informative and explained all of our options. He made the process go quickly and smoothly. Not only was this the best experience I have ever had with a dealership, they also had the best selection of very clean and fairly priced cars. No haggling necessary, just a positive experience. Thank you to Que, Andy, Howie, and Travis for doing such a great job! Happy birthday to me, got my teenage dream car!!! I had been car shopping for a week and finally chose a model and was in Scottsdale at a different car dealer. That car was beaten on so I checked the I had been car shopping for a week and finally chose a model and was in Scottsdale at a different car dealer. That car was beaten on so I checked the internet and found an even better model, newer and less mileage at CBB and had the pleasure of dealing with Q. With less than an hour's advance notice he had "my" car ready for a test drive, something several other dealers with more prep time could not or would not do. Love at first sight/drive and we made the deal that night. Q is as enthusiastic a car lover as I am and was so professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to be accommodating. In fact he even came in on his day off to go over all my car's features and personally detail it on a very rainy day, knowing as soon as I left the car would get poured on!! My husband HATES car shopping but he loved being at CBB. The inventory is incredible, too many beautiful cars to choose from and they are all in mint condition. If I didn't know the car I bought was a 2009 I'd swear it was new, it is just perfect! Travis in financing is also very professional and got the financing done quickly and took the time to get me the best rate and warranty. I am a first timer at CBB turned "life-timer." Of the 3 car purchases I have made this was truly top notch. More
