Low pressure sales combined with fair and upfront pricing made for an enjoyable car buying experience. They let me take the vehicle for my own inspection before buying and it passed with flying colors. This definitely will be the first place I go back to when its time to buy my next car! Amazing, painless process. I am not typically a fan of dealerships, their upsells, their overbearing persistence, usually drives me crazy. But at certified benz and beemer it was smooth and easy, they worked with me and kept up with me appropriately throughout the purchase. They are true to their word with everything they have done and cover on the vehicle. I am very content with my purchase and their help in getting me into the car. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a used car. I cannot stress enough how they have given me top notch service and upkeep. First Time Car Buying Experience Certified Benz and Beemer was stocked with cars that I was interested in purchasing. Que was extremely knowledgeable about each car that I was conside Certified Benz and Beemer was stocked with cars that I was interested in purchasing. Que was extremely knowledgeable about each car that I was considering, and made me feel confident about my decision. I absolutely love my BMW 335i convertible. The buying experience was simple, Que made sure I had Carfax and even Kelly Blue book comparisons. They would not negotiate with me on price, not sure if that was just me and my non-negotiating skills or Que's good salesmanship :) My experience with their finance and warranty staff was very positive. Overall a great experience, will definitely be buying from them again in the future. More

My first Beemer I haven't purchased a new car in 13 years and wanted my next one to be special. I was pleasantly surprised by Que's knowledge and enthusiasm. He did everything he could pre and post sale to be sure we were happy. Good inventory of cars with fair pricing. A few negatives and Ahha moments. Car only came with one key fob. It cost $500 to buy another and two trips to the dealer; one to order and one to program. The car did not come with manuals, "Que" got them for us but it took two weeks. Seems like the dealer should be proactive and have these in all cars. The mats were covered in plastic so we did not notice the terrible staining until we closed the deal. Seems like the dealer should have replaced the mats. Nevertheless we would still buy from Benz and Beemer again, we would just be more cautious. More

CBB-Mixed Bag My buying experience was easy and my sales person, Naimul (Q) Sadeque, was top-notch. He, along with the CBB's title person, Claudia, are what salvage My buying experience was easy and my sales person, Naimul (Q) Sadeque, was top-notch. He, along with the CBB's title person, Claudia, are what salvaged this review as 3 stars. CBB's finance person, Travis, however, was completely condescending when I pointed out an error he made on my vehicle registration. I bought an i3 (an electric vehicle) specifically to save on gas and access the HOV lane. Travis incorrectly listed my vehicle as gasoline powered, not alternative fuel, on the registration paperwork. When Travis handed me the paperwork, he instructed me to review the "personal information only." I always read everything before I sign or approve documents and immediately noticed the mistake, which I mentioned. Travis looked at me and repeated in a flip and condescending tone, "personal information only," to which I replied that he entered the wrong fuel type. His response was "don't you worry my friend, I will take care of it." I would have walked out on the deal at that point, but I did get a good deal on the car and Q was very helpful, so I simply looked at him and responded that I hope so because it affects the license plate and registration fee. Of course, when the plate arrived it was the standard AZ plate and not the environmental plate, which meant Travis had overcharged me as well. I immediately called to speak to management at the dealership about the issue, including Travis' attitude, but the GM was out, so I asked to speak to the sales manager. Apparently, the sales manager was too busy at the time to get on the phone, but I was promised a return call within the following 20 minutes. He never bothered. Fortunately, after speaking with Claudia the following morning, the situation was remedied that day, including a refund of the $400 I had been overcharged. CBB should be thankful to have people like Q and Claudia (who brought up the customer service rating below). On the other hand, the sales manager and Travis are shining examples of why so many people dislike buying vehicles. Well done, gentlemen; thanks for reinforcing stereotypes of "used car dealers." More
