Fabulous car buying experience. Jack went above and beyond expectations in helping us. He described all available features and when the car of our dreams was only in the Natick lot, Jack went above and beyond expectations in helping us. He described all available features and when the car of our dreams was only in the Natick lot, he took time to bring it over to our Wayland home to let us drive it. After several debates we eventually reached a conclusion that was fair to both of us. The financial discussions with the business office were clear and efficient. This is the second BMW that I have purchased at Herb Chambers BMW Sudbury. I will continue to return in the future based on the professionalism of the sales staff, business office and excellent service department. More

Poor sales practices. We purchased a pre-owned x5 last year. We were lied to on a number of items regarding the vehicle condition and services performed prior to pickup. We purchased a pre-owned x5 last year. We were lied to on a number of items regarding the vehicle condition and services performed prior to pickup. We paid extra to have the vehicle cleaned and sealed - wasn't done. They told us it was but could not provide proof from the 3rd party they said performed the service - no invoice, no warranty, nothing. They finally admitted it was not done. We had to fight to get refunded for the charge. We were also told the vehicle was a dealer loaner and well maintained. We later learned it was not a loaner, that it was owned by another customer, who bent all 4 tire rims. They told us the car would be fully inspected, updated on service maintenance, and cleaned prior to deliver. None of that was done. The car was filthy when we picked it up. The sales person didn't bother to show up for our pickup appt, the person who they had show us how to use the vehicle was more interested in looking at his phone, and also told us if we had any questions to call the BMW Shrewsbury location instead of their own dealership!!! It took many many emails and phone calls to get our money back but nothing else was ever resolved. We had to make a special trip to the dealership to pickup the reimbursement check. Shady, dishonest practices, typical car sales stereotype is in play at this location. Do not buy here. We took our vehicle to the Shrewsbury dealership for service and were treated like royalty there! Wish we had bought a car there too. More
