Bait and Switch on Service I was quoted approx $200 for regular maintenance on my Subaru. This is standard 60,000 mi service and nothing extra. I left my car for the service and I was quoted approx $200 for regular maintenance on my Subaru. This is standard 60,000 mi service and nothing extra. I left my car for the service and when picked up the car, there was over $700 in charges. The service department, could not itemize the services performed and beat around the bush to what was actually performed on the car. I also now have an audible rattle from the undercarriage and when brought back to the dealership, I've been told they could not find the noise. Its almost become dangerous for me to drive the car and Curry Subaru states they do not hear what I hear. Would recommend checking work to be performed and agreeing before dealership starts any work. I dropped off the car overnight and was charged over the phone. Never agreeing to over $700 worth of regular service to be performed. More

Great Service whcih will make me by my next subaru from Curr Jordan has been nothing but top notch in helping me with the service issue on my 2010 Subaru Legacy. He has been coordinating with Subaru of America Jordan has been nothing but top notch in helping me with the service issue on my 2010 Subaru Legacy. He has been coordinating with Subaru of America to make sure that I am being taken care of every step of the way. He made sure that on his day off, someone would be there to check me, get me my loaner and get me on my way, all within minutes of my arrival...this got me back to work super fast which was very important. Jordan calls and emails which is a plus, and gives great play by play updates of the complicated repair I have going on. This is not my first time with Jordan helping me with my legacy and he has always been a stand-up rep. Being treated as well as I have been I can confidently say that when I am ready to buy my next Subaru (in a few months or so possibly) that I will come to Curry just because of the service that was provided. Kudos to all involved, especially Jordan. 5 stars all around. Cant wait to have my care back in tip-top shape!!! More

Curry does everything right ! I’ve been a customer of Curry Subaru for 12 years. Started with them and have stayed with them even when I moved 38 miles south to the Bronx 9 years a I’ve been a customer of Curry Subaru for 12 years. Started with them and have stayed with them even when I moved 38 miles south to the Bronx 9 years ago. Why would a customer drive past 3 local Subaru dealerships you might ask? One reason : Curry does everything right. They have the best sales force ( Marc DeBenedictus is my guy ) the most thorough and caring service advisors ( Nancy is amazingly helpful....she goes the distance for you!) and the technicians are top notch. I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else. More
