I want to thank Nancy Ogrezovich and her service/body shop team !! I have a 2018 Hyundai Elantra se with 64k miles on it. The most garbage service experience I have had to date and I don't think anyone can beat this experience. After I came back from service, my car started leaking engine oil. It has completely destroyed my and I don't think anyone can beat this experience. After I came back from service, my car started leaking engine oil. It has completely destroyed my garage floor. When I opened the hood to inspect what's going on, the engine cover was floating around, they didn't even bother to reinstall that. I tried looking underneath to see if I can where the leak is coming from, it looks like the filter housing cover has not been put back in place either. All of this on top of the service taking more than 2.5 hours where it was supposed to take 1 hour 15 mins (I had a scheduled appointment). I wonder if they put new filter in at all given the amount of oil that is leaking. I have called them several times and all they say is, they are trying to get me in urgently and the best they can do is 3 weeks later. What kind of trash service is this? I hope people steer clear of this place. Absolutely would not recommend this place. More

They do not answer their phones, ever. They do not return phone calls as promised. ever. They wouldn't give me a detailed list of what was wrong with my car. They returned the car to me dirty and without any gas in the tank. More

Appointments are only on weekdays when I work and have to take vacation time. When I got home from the service (tire rotation and oil change), I found that one of the wheel lock nuts fell off in my garage. S take vacation time.
