Poor attention to detail. Many missteps during the visit. When I went to check the work under the hood it was not closed all the way. The service advisor could not answer a q Many missteps during the visit. When I went to check the work under the hood it was not closed all the way. The service advisor could not answer a question I had about carbon buildup on GDI engines. He stated that it's done with a fuel additave cleaner. My reply was how could that happen when fuel is not sprayed on the intake valves. He just stood there with a blank expression on his face. So sad. More

Rough idle issue finally resolved Had an issue with rough idle at startup every morning and sporadic engine bucking for months at 40-50mph. Left the vehicle overnight and then they we Had an issue with rough idle at startup every morning and sporadic engine bucking for months at 40-50mph. Left the vehicle overnight and then they were able to identify an issue with one of the fuel injectors not firing consistently. A nice surprise was that the issue was still covered under warranty. Nancy was very easy to work and kept me updated on the status of the vehicle along the way. Will definitely return for future Service! Thanks for a great job all-around! More

Luther did not do all services I paid for a “$99” special which listed twelve or so services to be performed. All of the services were not completed, so I paid $99 for an oil change I paid for a “$99” special which listed twelve or so services to be performed. All of the services were not completed, so I paid $99 for an oil change. The vehicle was to be cleaned inside and out, when picking the vehicle the floor was not vacuumed as listed on the special. As best I could tell the tires were not rotated. Checking the lug nuts on the tires, they were still dirty, you would think they would be cleaning if they had been removed. Of the other services listed, topping off all fuels, the windshield fuel was only a quarter filled. And as for the brake and transmission fuel, who knows? More

Robots following procrdures I had to wait 90 minutes for an oil change. I was told that the oil change went well, but my rear tires were thin on tread. I was asked about puttin I had to wait 90 minutes for an oil change. I was told that the oil change went well, but my rear tires were thin on tread. I was asked about putting on new tires so I agreed. I WAS NOT TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 90 MINUTES. That made my entire stau at the shop three hours long. This was after 40 hours without sleep because of weather delays at O'Hare airport. Not happy. Doubt I will use your shop again. Cheers. More
