What happened to having a cleaner car? It's disappointing that having the inside window cleaned, the car vacuumed and also washed didn't happen. He was very knowledgable and shoud be considered as a valuable asset to your dealership. He went over all assets of your dealership and the Kona I was interested in in explicit detail. I had been shopping two of your competitors and Luis's performance enticed me to desire to lease from Bloominton Hyundai. I was also impressed with Isaac, who was very professional and has learned to sharpen the pencil in order to comlete the financia terms of the sale. A quick accolade to Carol at your front desk. She was very pen and helpful along the way. Not sure if it was Adrian (The man that worked previously at a fitness management center) He was very persistant in completing the paper work and was easy to work with as was Chad wh slipped in t help out regarding the numberas and suggestions on that extra $19 monthly service. Luis's brother was also very friendly and encouraging. I was very impressed with the teamwork making my lease possible. More
