When it suddenly went blank, I called and got an appointment for service the next day. When I came in, the service department was ready, I was welcomed in and they checked to see if the vehicle was under any recalls. Since there were no recalls, we agreed on the service needed. I then went into the waiting area and settled down to do some work that I brought. Within 90 minutes, I received an email, a text and a visit that told me my car was ready. The service technician explained what happened, and, best of all, that it was covered under the warranty. The whole experience was smooth and effective. More

Knowlegeable Technicians, and Customer Service staff 2009 Elantra was brought in for wheel damage after hitting a curb. The work was done in the time that was stated and a rental car was provided for the time needed to complete the work. We bought our car used through a private party two years ago and have used this dealership since then and will most likely continue to do so. We have been very satisfied with the service. More
