Accommodating travel schedule Being from out of town, almost 100 miles away, the service dep't was very willing to work with my travel schedule. Since I was returning on Sunday, pi Being from out of town, almost 100 miles away, the service dep't was very willing to work with my travel schedule. Since I was returning on Sunday, picking up my vehicle could have been a logistical problem. Using the spare key and removing the battery, allowed me to pick up my car on Sunday and get home without an issue. Thank you. More
