Exceptional service that customer centered! I arrived and was helped out right away. They’re waiting area is spacious with free snacks and beverages for your enjoyment while your car is serviced. Where to begin... first, they called to let me know that the part that needed to be installed had arrived so we could schedule an appointment. So we scheduled one for a couple weeks out. When I arrived for the part that needed to be installed had arrived so we could schedule an appointment. So we scheduled one for a couple weeks out. When I arrived for that appointment, they let me know that the part actually had NOT arrived. So I needed to reschedule the appointment. I show up to that next appointment. The part had arrived. Great! The part was defective. So they needed to order it again. We scheduled a 3rd appointment. During the 3rd appointment, in addition to the "main" part, I asked if they could replace a different, minor/cosmetic part that was a part of the exterior of the car. They said "yes, we have that in stock. we can install it today". Great! When they were finished installing that part I noted that, while my car is gray and the part in question is a part of the exterior of the car and should be the same gray color, they installed a black part. Stupid doesn't suffice. Imagine having a car door replaced, arriving to pick up the car and your red car now has 1 blue door. Same deal with this only this is a smaller, less noticeable part. I will avoid Luther Bloomington Hyundai going forward. More
