I asked for a tire rotation with a brake check while the tires were off. I was charged but then told that I needed new tires. I purchased new tires and left thinking my tires had been rotated. When I came b tires were off. I was charged but then told that I needed new tires. I purchased new tires and left thinking my tires had been rotated. When I came back the next day to get my new tires put on, I asked why they rotated the tires if they were going to recommend new tires. I was told that they hadn’t rotate the tires but still charged me for taking tires off to check the brakes. First, that is not what I was led to believe the day before, and second, if asked I would have not paid for the brake check if the tires were going to be replaced right away and could be checked at that time. When purchasing the tires, I was also told that the person helping me wouldn’t get me additional data on comparing the tire options. I was leaving on a trip, so I proceeded, but I did not feel any sense of transparency in the process. The only saving face is that I like how the tires drive. More
