Abdi was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He had the cars I wanted to drive spotless and warmed up, ready for me to test drive when I arrived. I had made an appointment, given COVID. I had just had an accident that totaled my previous car and he was just reassuring, even helping me to determine whether the car would fit in my older garage by looking up my previous car's dimensions. The person who helped book the appointment for a parts recall was extremely helpful and even notified me of an additional parts recall. It’s a very friendly and professional dealership. No complaint whatsoever. Since I have 25 word minimum I will add a comment about my 2012 SantaFe . This vehicle I now know has a history of engine probl complaint whatsoever. Since I have 25 word minimum I will add a comment about my 2012 SantaFe . This vehicle I now know has a history of engine problems but never a recall. The engine DIED while driving 70 mph on crowded freeway this past Labor Day, a few weeks after regular service. Thank God no one was hurt. The car had just 112000 miles and is “worthless” as per Hundai sales rep (Buerkle Hyundai dealership). This experience has completely soured my opinion of Hyundai. More

Very happy regarding my service especially the help AK gave me regarding a person in the waiting area that wouldn’t put on his mask. AK told him he wouldn’t be allowed to stay without a mask. Brought my car is for recall repair and routine maintenance. Every was very good at helping me out in a timely manner. Paul was excellent helping us when we were there.
