I typically have great service here, but last Saturday when I came for an oil change and I was told my tires needed rotating. After my appointment I was sent home with my front driver side lug nuts not on when I came for an oil change and I was told my tires needed rotating. After my appointment I was sent home with my front driver side lug nuts not on tight. In fact we could turn them with our hands. I had to pull over to the side of the road and call AAA to get them tightened so my tire would not fall off. It was very unsettling and concerning. I returned on Monday to have my tires checked for any damage and to make sure the lights nuts were ok. I am hopeful this is a one time mistake and will not happen to anyone else. More
