I normally have a really great experience with this dealership, so much so that I bought my car there instead of the dealership that is closer to my house. This time however I was disappointed, I dropp dealership, so much so that I bought my car there instead of the dealership that is closer to my house. This time however I was disappointed, I dropped my car at 10 and was told my car should be ready at 1 30, at 230 they texted and suggested I needed new breaks, I agreed and they said to give them “a little more time”. I didn’t hear anything. Knowing they close at 6, and I live 30-40 min away I called at 515 to see if it was done. At that time they said they were finishing up and just needed to do the paperwork. I let them know I was coming, drove over, got there 35 min later and the paperwork wasn’t done. Very disappointed in the communication and follow through. More
