Routine service good but.. Nancy is very efficient and friendly. Only complaint is that you didn’t have anyone who could examine a wheel that is peeling because your service peo Nancy is very efficient and friendly. Only complaint is that you didn’t have anyone who could examine a wheel that is peeling because your service people don’t do that. Now I have to come back for that. I have 6000 miles on vehicle. I’m still waiting for a call to set appointment to do this. Tomorrow is 1 week. That aspect is not good service when no one can say when the guy is there and forgotten follow up. This is 2nd time I’ve responded to your review request on this appointment. More

The service manager basically called me a liar. When meeting with the service manager for a torn seat that was looked at by the dealership previously and being told they would replace it, she accuse When meeting with the service manager for a torn seat that was looked at by the dealership previously and being told they would replace it, she accused me of lying and saying I had torn the seat myself and she would let Hyundai know exactly that it was my fault. Not a good customer service manager. More
