I went to this dealership to test drive & purchase a car I saw online. Once I said I wanted to purchase it & started doing the paperwork, SUPRISE there was an add'l $4000 charge for their warranty. Told the I saw online. Once I said I wanted to purchase it & started doing the paperwork, SUPRISE there was an add'l $4000 charge for their warranty. Told them I didn't want it because it was only 2 yrs old & still had factory warranty. Long story short we ended up negotiating the warranty down to $2000 & I bought the car. I take full responsibility for how the final transaction went down - If I had done more research I would have seen in the reviews that this was a common bait & switch technique of theirs. I would have been prepared to walk away but I committed the other sin of becoming attached to the car because it was exactly what I wanted. Then after we agreed on a deal they kept us waiting for over 2 hrs to do the financing. I would never purchase another car from them. Buyer be VERY Ware. More

Nancy was very nice and courteous, but when it came time to go over numbers, she brought in Bernard who proceeded to not honor the advertised price and lowball the value of my trade. Professional courteous both Sales Consultant Nancy Segui and Sales Manager Bernard Bertsch worked with me to get me into a new Sentra 3 year lease that financially fit into my budget. BEST DEALERSHIP EVER! My girlfriend was looking for a new Rogue lease since her's was coming to an end. I made an appointment with Nancy Segui for Wednesday evening being t My girlfriend was looking for a new Rogue lease since her's was coming to an end. I made an appointment with Nancy Segui for Wednesday evening being that she sold me my Nissan Altima I purchased in 2010. We went by the dealership and she had the EXACT car we were looking for already cleaned up and detailed! Took the car for a test drive and Nancy was very patient and extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle. We mentioned the monthly payment we were looking for on the lease and she worked our a fantastic deal for us. We finished our paperwork with Nancy and she took us to see Bernard in finance who was great as well. He had all the paperwork ready and any questions we had he explained to us. Surprise Purchase I have owned European luxury/sports vehicles. Now that I am retired, I was looking to find a pre-owned certified" on a couple of years old. On line, I I have owned European luxury/sports vehicles. Now that I am retired, I was looking to find a pre-owned certified" on a couple of years old. On line, I found two of interest to me at Rt. 46. I visited Rt 46 to see the two European used cars. Neither of them quite met my need. Salesperson, Nancy Segui inquired specifically what I wanted in a car. As she probed, she was joined by Sales Manager Rich Catalano. After sharing what was important to me Rich and Nancy showed me the retooled and modified 2016 Altima SL "fully equipped" (tech package etc). Rich showed me how I could leave with this fully loaded new car for equal to or less than a pre-owned with fewer features. The sale was made and I could not be more pleased.
