Louis and the guys were friendly. I needed an oil change and an estimate. The oil change was pricey. When I got my estimate, that seemed to be the end of the conversation-no mentions of if I wanted to get i and an estimate. The oil change was pricey. I would have appreciated a conversation about the issue, the estimate, if I want to get it worked on, if it could be done that day, or setting up an appointment. I would have also appreciated more info about the summary sheet they gave me. It felt rushed. More
