The actual business transaction is seamless and efficient, although I wish this could be completed in one step (ie the sales consultant processes the paperwork) as other dealerships now do. This time I saw a car that caught my eye in the showroom, a 2018 Golf R. It was one of the easier times I have had buying a car. I dealt with Patrick and he was professional and knowledgable. There wasn't a lot of haggling over price, partly due to the model I was buying, but I felt I got a VERY fair deal. Everything else was just as easy and I was out in a couple of hours. VW Evanston always tries to do right by the customer and I'd definitely recommend Patrick. More

We want a good buy so we always check out several dealers before we buy. Autobarn always comes through with the car, the color and the best price. This time around we were served by a nice young fella, Mario Grbavak, who worked hard to find a black sports wagon with the options we wanted. He stayed in touch with us on a regular basis to let us know the status of things. Once the car arrived, we wrapped up the deal within an hour and drove off for our Labor Day weekend. Great car. Many compliments. Very satisfying experience. More
