I went to the Autobarn unsure of whether I wanted to purchase a Golf GTI or a Jetta and I had not decided whether to aim for buying a pre-owned vehicle or a new car. He willingly pointed out reasons that I did not need to spend more on certain options given the miles I typically drive. And he made sure that I had time to consider the answers to all of my questions and drive every possible car I might be interested in. I never felt any pressure to make a quick decision or pick a particular car or option package. Overall, Narcis was a pleasure to work with. I felt very comfortable asking him questions and negotiating the price of the car that I ultimately purchased. I would not hesitate to go back to the Autobarn and to work with that dealership or with Narcis again. More
