We visited City Volkswagen of Evanston on Thursday, June 19th to test drive a used Volkswagen Atlas. Narcis took care of us that day. The test drive went great, and while impressed with the Atlas, it did not have all the features that we wanted. Narcis suggested, a used Tiguan, competitively priced and loaded with features, so we took that for a spin, eventually purchasing that car. Throughout our visit there was never any rush or pressure to purchase, in fact we left the dealership to test drive another car only to return for the Tiguan. The lone issue we had with the purchase was that there was only one key FOB. Narcis told me that he could see what he could do about getting an extra one. He reached out to VW and they said that the car was turned in with only one key, but he spoke with his management and secured an additional one at no charge. Our experience with Narcis and City Volkswagen of Evanston, as well as the follow-up afterwards, has been stellar. We will certainly look here again should we be in the market for another vehicle! More

I have had 6 VWs over the past 30 years. I had a problem with a chronic issue and was a couple days out of warranty. The service manager Bill went to bat for me and was able to convince corp I had a problem with a chronic issue and was a couple days out of warranty. The service manager Bill went to bat for me and was able to convince corporate to honor the warranty since the problem started well in the warranty window. Then I bought a new Tiguan r-line with Narcis and it was a complete breeze. He didn't xx me with unreasonable offers - a quick and respectful back and forth and we came to a fair deal. Would recommend working with Bill and Narcis at this dealership for sure. More
