Louis had no answer's to why my purchase for the 2018 Crossrek Premium was excessive vibration during 4 RPM. He did not speak to my questions just shook his head. He kept in touch with me while the dealership searched for exactly the make, model and seating arrangement I needed, got me a great loaner while I waited for my car to arrive. He introduced me to the service personnel, got lunch for me and changed my prior thinking about how car salesmen were pushy and hard wired to push the customer to make a sale.
