I have been going to this dealership for 40 years! ! Excellent sales and service personnel. I only have one comment that is to be considered. Since the new owners have taken over, I don't feel the ! Since the new owners have taken over, I don't feel the family connection I once did when I came for auto service when it was Maple City Dodge. Everyone is serious and not very customer focused. It is important for everyone to consider the customer. A smile is always helpful. A nice "how can I help you" would be appreciated too. Thank you for taking this into consideration. Also when I had recall work done on my 2023 Jeep Renegade in September 2024, there was damage done to both side panels of my vehicle when this work was done. I did not notice it initially and the service worker had to know he damaged the panels, but nothing was said to me. I reported this to Nate Barr as soon as I noticed and he was great and the panels were ordered right away, but it is February and I am still waiting for the panels to be replaced. More
