Appointment wait time I find it ridiculous that when I have made an appointment for a oil change at say 10 am. I have to wait for a minimum of an hour and a half for it to I find it ridiculous that when I have made an appointment for a oil change at say 10 am. I have to wait for a minimum of an hour and a half for it to be completed. I have no idea of the 1 person I worked with at the service desk or the 1 person I talked to on the phone to make the appointment, so I’ll pick the first 10 names so I can submit this stupid survey. More
