He worked with us every step of the way taking into account what our budget was and making sure our experience with driving the car was complete. During our test drive we were especially impressed with them demonstrating the features on the RAV4 so we could experience them firsthand, All other dealerships simply let us drive which is typically a run-of-the-mill experience, but having them demonstrate how everything works was incredibly beneficial. One area that we felt rushed and pushed through was financing. We wanted to understand the interest rate we were getting, and it wasn't until afterwards we understood what was meant by first time auto loan and how that impacts the interest rate compared to being 2nd or 3rd time auto loan borrowers. That said, you can tell Nate knows his stuff and given we're cautious people who move a little slower trying to understand something for the first time he demonstrated patience and a willingness to work to assuage any worries we had. The area we felt uncomfortable in was in the area where we were pitched additional things for our car: undercarriage, and edge protectors, paint and upholstery guard. This was the area where we definitely felt like we were being sold to because the way things are worded it seems like some of it would come automatically given they acknowledge the undercarriage warranty being voided because of the harsh road conditions and salt that corrodes the metal. It sounded like that came standard to make up for the voided warranty on the undercarriage until it was slipped in how it would increase our monthly costs. It just felt like a sneaky way to up-sell. More

As a former business owner I asked leading questions as to what employees liked and didn't like about there jobs. They enjoy what they do and are treated fairly. Brent knows how to shovel snow and clean off cars. Felt good giving business to Chris and up the chain to Brent. More

My wife wanted something special now that she returned to the workplace and got her first job as a school teacher. I generally like researching cars extensively to get good quality and the best deal. The salesmen at Brent Brown helped us feel comfortable and taken care of. They new their cars and good qualities to look for. I felt that they did care about our satisfaction with a car and truely bent over backwards to get us what we wanted. Max worked especially hard to make us feel at ease and we enjoyed getting to know him. We have had our Highlander now for about 2 weeks and I can tell that my wife is still loving her new Highlander. Red Carpet rolled out for me!! I loved my experience at Brent Brown Toyota; I would breakdown my experience into 3 segments. 1. I had my own test drive person, I've never had that e I loved my experience at Brent Brown Toyota; I would breakdown my experience into 3 segments. 1. I had my own test drive person, I've never had that experience with any other dealership. He first drove it and showed me every little thing about the car, from how the inside of the car worked, to how it handled on the road. Than I was able to drive it and see how smooth of a ride it really was. Part 2...I was able to sit down with the salesman Trevor, he wasn't pushy at all, and helped me understand the process of buying the car. Buying a car can sometimes be a little intimidating but I felt really comfortable with him and he answered every question I had about the car and purchasing the car. I know there are a lot of different salesman on the floor but I highly recommend Trevor. The last part of my experience was meeting with the finance guy Nate, he was really nice and friendly as well and helped me answer any concerns I had about the car if I wrecked it or how the warranty worked etc. Anyone thinking about buying a new car or trading there's in for a new Toyota I would highly recommend Brent Brown Toyota in Orem, you will definitely get the Red Carpet Treatment. I give my experience two thumbs up!!! More
