Got swindled by Jeff, the finance guy. Asked for paper copy of itemized bill of sale prior to signing. Gave me UNITEMIZED contract instead. He ended up charging me for 2 additional warran Asked for paper copy of itemized bill of sale prior to signing. Gave me UNITEMIZED contract instead. He ended up charging me for 2 additional warranties I had Told him I didn't want to pay for. He also LIED to me about my interest rate, and said there was no deductible for using the service contract, which GM told me wasn't true. Asked GM to cancel Appearance and Windshield warranties and refund $2700 but he wouldn't I'll be submitting complaints to Florida AG and BBB. Sales people were nice. More
