Nate was fine but I resent being forced to pay $499. for something I wasn't told about nor did I want. I could have gotten a better deal with my insurance company if I wanted. Additionally, it said in the clear on the contract that this "offer" was optional. It turned out to be not so optional. Not a negative review about Nate, probably more so about the company. Still a very nice car. More
