I understand that there has recently been a change of ownership. An appointment was made for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time for my appointment and I fail to understand why this woul ownership. An appointment was made for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time for my appointment and I fail to understand why this would take 1 hour and 55 minutes?!?! This is totally unacceptable to me as a customer! Yesterday I went to Tire discount for an appointment with them to purchase and install 4 new tires which they performed in 40 minutes! Can you understand why I’m not pleased with Ganley Kia’s service performance? My time is valuable and I don’t feel Kia service department gets that fact with their inefficient time management with customer service. More

I’ve been a Mitsubishi car owner for over 25 years, started with Mentor Mitsubishi, went to Mentor Kia and now Ken Ganley (first time) I was greeted when I pulled in and told them the reason I was the started with Mentor Mitsubishi, went to Mentor Kia and now Ken Ganley (first time) I was greeted when I pulled in and told them the reason I was there. I went to the waiting room for coffee and TV viewing. I did visit with employees I knew as they saw me sitting there. Experience was very good, but that sagging couch needs to be replaced. More
