Our Legacy was the second vehicle my husband and I have purchased from Patrick's Subaru. Both our 2003 and 2013 buying experiences were excellent. We worked with Nate on our must recent purchase. We showed up 2 hours before closing on a Sunday with our 7 and 4 year old sons. Nate was great from the get-go. We had a list of requirements for the vehicle we would purchase. Nate did waste our time and try to show us choices that fell outside our requirements. He quickly narrowed down which vehicle would fit our needs and desires best. He was so great with our boys and while I was worried they were bothering people, he reassure me they were great. Once we decided that we had found the one, we let Nate know our hope was to take the car home with us that day - even though it was a Sunday. He worked swiftly to make this happened and a little over two hours after walking in the dealership, we were driving home with two happy boys in our new car with all paperwork completed. I will readily recommend Patrick Subaru and Nate to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

Nate is the BEST!!! My daughter purchased a Subaru Outback with Nate a year or so ago. When I was in the market for a new car my daughter and son-in-law insisted I go to Patrick Subaru and meet with Outback with Nate a year or so ago. When I was in the market for a new car my daughter and son-in-law insisted I go to Patrick Subaru and meet with Nate. I resisted because I was NOT going to purchase a Subaru so why would I go there. After going to other dealers for various other automobiles I had put a deposit on a car and was getting my financing in order. My children did not give up so I gave in and went to meet with Nate even though I knew going in I had no intention of buying a Subaru. BOTTOM LINE? Yup!! I purchased a new Subaru Outback from Nate. NO PRESSURE --gave me the best trade-in price I had been offered from any dealer with no hassling and a great price for my new car. As they say "an offer I couldn't refuse". LOVING my new Outback!!! Thank you Nate for making my experience such a pleasure-----not to mention a few good laughs in the process. More

I have bought two cars from Nate Goodro now, and I hope I never have to buy another car from anyone else. He did a great job, kept me informed, and each time he has secured the vehicle I want at a price no o never have to buy another car from anyone else. No gimmicks, no blowing smoke, just simple and straightforward help. I appreciate his approach and have referred friends to him who have also bought cars from him, doesn't get better than this! More

I went shopping for a used Subaru and after two bad experiences landed at Patrick Subaru in Shrewsbury. They were worth the wait. I got a great used Subaru at a very good price. The car is EXCELLENT! Totally clean and in excellent mechanical condition. My credit rating is in the "Fair" range and they still got me approved at 10 (TEN) points lower than everybody else! The reasons for buying a Suburu became clear after researching reliabilty, price & fuel economy but what was great about Patrick Suburu was the no pressure approach...also you will not find the sleezy researching reliabilty, price & fuel economy but what was great about Patrick Suburu was the no pressure approach...also you will not find the sleezy salesman cliche here either. I went to Patrick Motors after having a bad experience with another local Subaru dealership while trying to buy a new car. I have bought from Patrick years ago but tried the other dealer since it was clos with another local Subaru dealership while trying to buy a new car. I have bought from Patrick years ago but tried the other dealer since it was closer to my work. Bad choice. so i tried again at Patricks and met Nathan Goodro. He was fabulous! He listoned to my needs. found the right car and we worked out a deal that more than met my requirements. I have nothing but great things to say about Nate and Patrick Subaru. Now i have a great Impreza Sport Wagon that i love and renewed relationship with Patrick Motors. Thanks for everything! More

This is my second purchase of a Subaru from Patrick Motors. We had an unusual situation where I was looking to trade in two vehicles (a 2004 Honda CR-V and a 2010 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport) and purc Motors. We had an unusual situation where I was looking to trade in two vehicles (a 2004 Honda CR-V and a 2010 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport) and purchase one new car. Throughout the entire process, Patrick Subaru offered the best trade-in value on BOTH vehicles, provided written quotes on a new Subaru Outback that we were considering, included a higher than average AAA discount and, in the end, earned my business over the local Honda dealers. No one played games, and there was no high-pressure sales tactics. Both Nate and Todd provided excellent customer service both during and after we purchased the car. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are considering a new AWD vehicle, and we are very happy with our brand new 2013 Subaru Outback. More

I had a great experience purchasing my new car here. I had wanted a Subaru Forester forever but always felt the price was just a little out of my reach. My husband and I went to Patrick Subaru and our sal had wanted a Subaru Forester forever but always felt the price was just a little out of my reach. My husband and I went to Patrick Subaru and our sales rep, Nathan, was awesome. He really listened to what features were important to us and he was mindful of our budget. And, they gave us a great price on my trade in. All in all, we walked away with a price we were extremely happy with and exactly the car we wanted. I am so happy and would go back to purchase a car there again. More

I had driven a GMC Envoy since 2005 and I was looking for a vehicle with better mpg's. I saw a piece in the local paper about the new XV Crosstrek and was interested. I sent out a few emails to local deale a vehicle with better mpg's. I saw a piece in the local paper about the new XV Crosstrek and was interested. I sent out a few emails to local dealers and Patrick Subaru's response was quick and seemed very friendly. I made an appointment and met with Nathan in November. I took an XV for a test ride and was hooked. I did go to a GMC dealer and tested the Terrain, but it did not impress me like the Crosstrek did. Nathan was very knowledgable and helpful. He has stayed in contact with me all through the process. I picked up my new vehicle on the 14th and I am enjoying every mile. While at Patrick Subaru, I met a number of people, all of them very helpful. I was also able to meet the owners...very nice. I hope the relationship continues on this very good note. More
