Everybody was extremely friendly and worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. When I had a problem transferring my old plates, Nathan took it in stride and very quickly arranged for new plates! I sure everything went smoothly. When I had a problem transferring my old plates, Nathan took it in stride and very quickly arranged for new plates! I got a great price, and Nathan and Tri spent all the time needed to ensure that I knew everything about the car and warranties. I would definitely buy again from Patrick Subaru and from Nathan or Tri! More

My wife and I purchased our first Subaru about 3.5 years ago.... a 2005 Subaru Outback Limited 2.5i. We were looking for a specific package and color in a used vehicle, and after shopping several dealers lo ago.... a 2005 Subaru Outback Limited 2.5i. We were looking for a specific package and color in a used vehicle, and after shopping several dealers looking for what we wanted, Justin Beauregard who was our sales rep at the time called us with the exact vehicle specs we were looking for. After seeing it, we purchased and our sales experience was unbelievably smooth. Especially after having a somewhat less than stellar sales experience at another local Subaru Dealership. During the 3.5 years I quickly learned why those who drive Subaru's swear by them. The car was literally the most solid vehicle I have driven. The perfect blend between European build quality (very solid build) and Asian Car Reliability. Not to mention the performance in the New England weatherscape, etc. We loved our 05' however I was starting to get annoyed at the 05' based technology standard in the vehicle and started getting tired of burning CDs for the integrated Stereo/Climate Controls. And since I couldn't upgrade the stereo, it was even more frustrating. I have always loved the improved design of the Gen 4 Outback and the improvements made in 2013 to the model along with the safety technology in "Eyesight" made me really want the "upgrade" even more. So off to Patrick last week we went, I of course did some initial research on what I wanted and color combo/packages etc, and from walking in the door and looking at the exact vehicle on the lot we wanted to purchase, Nate Goodro was FANTASTIC. Very knowledgable on Subaru and very honest about Subaru's design intent and philosophy. For example, Subaru doesn't just add features to a car for the sake of adding features. They make sure when they add the features there is an exact purpose and valid need/use for the technology. This is something I greatly appreciate about Subaru. Now on price, Patrick blew me away. Like I had said I had done research on price and trade-in, and on the very first offer Patrick presented us with, they were spot on! I was impressed. Deal was done in minutes with no hassle. If I had to say something that would be an item to improve upon, but may not apply to everybody is, I would have loved to have an "STI type" package offered on the Outback. Some of us drivers out there, like the Utility the Outback has, but also like the design elements of a much sportier car, like the WRX STI, or BRZ. So maybe the ability to offer more STI type packages on the outback would be welcome in my book! These are little things, but hey I had to find something to improve upon! I have been taking my Subaru for ALL maintenance and service to Patrick and will continue to do so with this new Outback! Thanks Patrick Subaru! Customer Service is key, don't forget that! More

My son bought a new 2013 Legacy and we worked with Nate as salesperson. He was great and we enjoyed the experience in addition to getting a good price. My only small problem was when we spoke with the Fi as salesperson. He was great and we enjoyed the experience in addition to getting a good price. My only small problem was when we spoke with the Finance Guy. He told us that they were going to get a license plate for the car and I mentioned that, even though it might seem like kind of a silly request, we didn't want a place with 666 in the number. His response was "If that comes up, there's nothing I can do about it." Well, here's the deal: When I've just handed you a check for $22,000+ and have a fairly mundane request you tell me, sure, no problem. Not, there's nothing I can do about it. If that number had come up, and if he didn't do anything about it, the deal would have been off. Simple as that. Tracy Marzano More

I have only owned three cars in my life. The first one I bought "somewhere else," but the second and now the third I bought from Patrick Subaru. It is a safe bet that any cars I buy in the future (hopeful bought "somewhere else," but the second and now the third I bought from Patrick Subaru. It is a safe bet that any cars I buy in the future (hopefully not too many, since Subarus are built to last) will be purchased from Patrick Subaru. Nate Goodro was an excellent salesman -- friendly and professional, and he obviously likes his job. It is refreshing to interact with someone who takes pride in his work. He is definitely an asset to Patrick Subaru. More

What can I say, the guy opened the door for me and was very attentive to as much as my first words. I work in the Customer Service field so I was checking all of his interactions and skills, unknown to him and he just blew me away. Very patient, very courteous and even kept on offering me a cheaper car, still giving me an option to change and not pressuring me to buy. After I had purchase my new vehicle, he still made himself available to answer any questions I might have. That is the epitome or great service and I wish that all companies that solicited my business treated me like Nate! Thank you kind sir! More

I hate car shopping, but I needed a new car. Checked out websites in the area where I live (South Shore) and Central Mass (where most of my family lives). Due to time and distance, I had more than one pers websites in the area where I live (South Shore) and Central Mass (where most of my family lives). Due to time and distance, I had more than one person assisting me with my car shopping. Patrick Motors "rolled with it," even when the original sales person was off and his coverage had to step in. Between email, telephone and being at the dealership (3 different people), all my questions were answered, trade-in accepted and the car was ready to drive off the lot in less than 24 hours (I drove it off the lot on a Saturday afternoon). I would go back and buy another car there, no question. More
