The service executive, Richard Fitzgibbon who handled delivery of our pre-owned car was knowledgeable, helpful and met all our requests efficiently and with a smile. Nate was a wizard with the technology training, really knows his stuff and a good communicator. Dale and Chan were in the background but made the process go smoothly. Felt at home here. More

Jennifer is a very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable person and answered many of our questions. There were a few back and forth between Jennifer and Dale as we were negotiating the price which is typical in every dealership. Mylee was also very helpful to describe the wear and tear package and other extra optional insurances. A few days after, the car was delivered from Seattle. We had a great two-hour training with Nate to teach us all the features of the car.Overall, it was a very positive experience. More
