Don't believe any of the advertises on their website. I got a before taxes out the door price by Sales Manager Michael Seaver who was aware I live 50 miles away. When I arrived at the dealership he was gone, they had assigned a salesperson to wait for me (not sure about his name) who brought a Preferred trim and tried to educate me into believing that it was a higher trim than the quoted CX5 Premium. After we drove a Premium trim and they appraised my trade in, the salesperson presented me with numbers that were $5000 (without taxes) over the "out the door" price sent to me. When I showed him the printed offer and the sales manager's email, he stated "there is no way we can do those". After the tactical trips to consult with the "manager" (whom I never got to meet or see), he came back with and offer that showed the promised OTD price but added dealer fees of around $2600 in total plus tax. I explained to him that those $ 2600 in fees were already included in the deductions sent to me by his "sales manager". The initial trade in offer was $3500 bellow KBB's value obtained from their website, so forget about the advertised "$5000 more for your trade", unless they mean $5000 or more than what you would get at the farmers market". After another trip to consult with the manager, the salesperson came back with the numbers corrected but somehow my trade in value had dropped $3000 and out the door I went. The next morning, I emailed the sales manager, and through several very polite emails, he brushed off the situation, never recognizing the deceiving tactics utilized by he and his team. The next day I received a call from the assistant to the general manager to inquire about my experience. I told him everything that happened. He said he was going to inform the general manager. The following day, I receive a call from sales trying to get me to visit the dealership for some special offer they supposedly had. I believe I have a better idea now on why they have so many available vehicles. More

This was by far the most high pressure and just a terrible experience. Starrred off with what I was told wa a great deal, only to come $7,000 within a half hour. Went to another dealer, got a better price for my trade in and a much better offer. More
