Out of state buyers beware! Worst experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle from them and when I arrived they told me about some hidden fees that were not listed on their o had purchasing a vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle from them and when I arrived they told me about some hidden fees that were not listed on their online advertisement - so expect to add 1k or 2k to the advertised price. They treated me as an out of state buyer awful. The nightmare really started after I purchased the vehicle. I waited over 2 months to get my tags because their title clerk made several mistakes. They didn't collect even close to the right amount of taxes at the time of sale, so I ended up having to payout of pocket for the large difference when it should have all been included in the loan. Oh and their sales managers including Nate never called me back after about a dozen of calls over the period of waiting for my tags. Ever. More

Leased a Civic Hatchback for my son's first car about a month ago. The overall experience was negative, which is a shame because the car is very nice. Beware that the dealership adds hidden costs that they don't explain resulting in a price that is actually much higher than the sticker price. To obscure this, they try to have you focus on the monthly payment amount, which they can manipulate. Upon arriving home with the car, my husband reviewed the full lease agreement and noticed the inflated "agreed upon car value" and said this was a very bad deal. We went back to the dealership within an hour of signing the lease and they would not let us out of it. They ultimately reduced the price down to the sticker price (still not a good deal) and never did adequately explain the other additional costs. Beware of their tactics!!! More

I brought my Accord here for service for the last three years and they showed their appreciation by helping me trade in my 2013 Accord Sport for a new 2021 Accord EX-L. Where I try to go the extra mile to be a good customer, they also go the extra mile for they’re customers. Honesty moment - these guys are car salesmen selling cars. If you don’t like the sales experience or don’t have time for it, shop online. It’s 2021 guys, you have options. But if you value face to face business, these guys will (safely) do business with you in their store and they will take care of you. Shoutout to Darek in sales and David in finance for the hookup. ALSO - I’ve heard rumors of a NEW facility for these guys coming this year. Can’t wait to get my new Accord serviced there! More

This dealer is by far the most deceptive that I've encountered. This is the 9th new car I've purchased and the 5th Honda product. We started with an agreed price from an internet offer, and they hid $ encountered. This is the 9th new car I've purchased and the 5th Honda product. We started with an agreed price from an internet offer, and they hid $695 for accessories and $800 for a key FOB replacement plan into our payments without a clear breakdown on the purchase agreement. We never asked for accessories and clearly declined the key FOB replacement plan when offered. You will need a calculator and good math skills to calculate the taxes and do a thorough review. At the end of the deal, they said that they couldn't find the second key FOB and told us to come back one week later to get it. After we demanded something in writing to prove that they owed us the key, they went to the back, got the key and gave it to us. Finally, we could only get the $800 key FOB replacement plan refunded after 8 weeks of consistently calling/emailing them and ultimately had to open a dispute with the credit card we used for part of the down payment. Avoid this dealer. More
