First time in test drove a Seltos. Came back a second time, same salesman Lane, met us at the door. I let him know I wasn’t sure the Seltos was big enough. I wanted to test drive the S Came back a second time, same salesman Lane, met us at the door. I let him know I wasn’t sure the Seltos was big enough. I wanted to test drive the Sportage and a Sorento. During our conversations I let Lane know we would not be purchasing anything that day. I was still making up my mind. Lane left to retrieve keys for us to test drive vehicles. Upon his return he informed me that until I was ready to purchase he didn’t feel the need for me to test drive anything. I had already test drove one vehicle and I didn’t purchase it. So until I was ready to come off my money, he could show me vehicles all day and I wouldn’t love anything until I was ready to purchase. We then asked to speak to Nate (Sales Manager). Which he defended his salesman actions. I left with my jaw dropped. Could not believe what was coming out of their mouths. Will not return to this car lot. Plenty more to choose from. More

Matthew Cline was our salesperson and he was great! We give him a 5 star rating *****! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The reason for a 4 star rating instead of 5, was the sales manag We give him a 5 star rating *****! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The reason for a 4 star rating instead of 5, was the sales manager, Nate Sherman. We chose a Sportage, and chose no extras (extended warranty, etc.) The sales manager, came back to us, after the initial quote, with a discounted rate on the extras- by almost half - and when we still said no, he walked away visibly pissed. This spoiled the entire experience and made us feel as though we were being cheated. More
