Never been insulted or had the worst customer service in my life. Service adviser Robin and Service Manager Cody Broderick need to go back & take Customer Service 101.Cody Broderick went as far as telling me he wasn't going to work on my car for the reason i took it in, if I kept talking when we were disputing something he was pointing out. And this was suppose to be done 2 weeks ago but Robin & Cody Broderick kept giving me the run around till I posted a review then they called me to setup an appointment. By that time I put more miles on my car. Which is the other thing they were pointing out & I had told them about when I brought the car to have the rearview fixed cause it came loose when i was adjusting. it is a defect in these Honda Accords if you look it up.Robbin tells me when the car was done make you tell your carwash people to be more careful next time with the rearview mirror WOW really. Now they won't fix the other thing they were pointing out & i had told them about. The Owner of this Dealership decided not to get my car fixed because it went over 2k miles which i wasn't told about that i had a milage limit to report things when I Bought this 2026 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid model July 17 . It's obvious to me the Owner of this Dealership doesn't Care about the Customer as long as he has your money already. So make sure you check out your car thoroughly before you drive your car out this Lot or the same thing will happen to you .I've always had Hondas I regret coming to this Dealership I will not be coming to Lancaster Honda to Buy or Service it's the worst Dealership I've ever been too More
