We worked with Ryan Arkens (sales manager) and Nathan Diederich (finance director) while purchasing our used vehicle. Two warranties were added to our purchase, one without our knowledge and the other af Diederich (finance director) while purchasing our used vehicle. Two warranties were added to our purchase, one without our knowledge and the other after being given false information on cost. I am told that the warranty cancelation form that I have signed has been submitted but due to the warranty cancelation department being too busy I cannot be given updates on the cancellation process. We will see if both warranties do indeed get canceled or if this will be a lengthy process. It is disappointing that what one believes is a reputable dealer resorts to intentionally deceiving customers. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a new or used vehicle. More

Randy and the service department, made arrangements with the local Honda dealership to have a second key made at no cost to us. More
