My husband and I had been looking at new cars for a while and kept returning to Frank Boucher to look at the Jeeps. We were leaning towards a Jeep Renegade but were kind of putting off having to talk to a s and kept returning to Frank Boucher to look at the Jeeps. We were leaning towards a Jeep Renegade but were kind of putting off having to talk to a salesman. My husband wanted to surprise me and decided to take a day off work to go get the Renegade that I had my heart set on. Michael went out of his way to make the whole process fun, even laughed along with my husband and my daughter as they sat in his office coming up with reasons why I had to come home right away after work. He made their long day enjoyable and took the time to treat us all like we were his number one priority. He was very helpful and answered all our questions about the vehicle and guided us all the way through our car buying process. Michael even stayed late so he could walk us out and make sure we knew how to use all the features in our new Jeep. We were all kind of sad when it was time to leave, but very happy about our new vehicle!! We had a great experience at Frank Boucher! More

I showed up on a snow day for the dealership so they were busy cleaning up the lot, but, I was pleasantly greeted and taken care of right away. Nathan Diederich, the Finance Mgr., was very helpful in telling me about the warranties available on this vehicle so I also got a great deal on an extended warranty. I've had very bad experiences in the pas and helpful. He was respectful of my budget and did everything he could to make my purchase happen for me. I've had very bad experiences in the past, particularly in the finance stages when declining very expensive add-on coverages. Troy listened to my feelings about my past experience and made sure the finance manager was aware, as well. I did not feel pressured in any way; in fact, they were extremely respectful and pleasant to work with. I will absolutely return here for my next vehicle purchase! Troy also took the time to walk me through top to bottom all of my Jeep's features, which was super helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
