Sales Manager, Eric, was willing to negotiate a deal within my range and was very reassuring for a first-time buyer. Finance Manager, Nathan, helped conclude the deal and clearly brought an explanation of everything I had to sign. This is my fourth purchase from this dealership and I’ve always had good experiences. It’s nice to go back to a dealership time after time and see familiar faces. Service has always been great. Ethan is an awesome sales person and just the sweetest. The showroom has newly remodeled and very beautiful. I would appreciate that. They offer water and beverages in a couple little snacks in case you’re there for a long time. Not every dealership is that good. These guys are above and beyond other dealers. More

Edit: 8 days later I have a payment taken out of my account for the vehicle I traded in. I was assured all paperwork was taken care of, including the account for that vehicle. I asked for help with the account for the vehicle I traded in. I was assured all paperwork was taken care of, including the account for that vehicle. I asked for help with the payment that was taken out of my account and Boucher Jeep absolutely refused. Upon calling my former loan holder, they advise me that no one has contacted them to stop the loan and they have not received payment from Boucher to pay off the loan. It's been a week and all Boucher says is 'we mailed the cheque'. Just know that they completely dismiss you after they make the sale, you're on your own. Original review I appreciate the Boucher team for meeting me where I needed to be to get the deal taken care of. The vehicle I purchased is exactly as described and I'm very happy with it. More
