They offered a lifetime Powertrain warranty and 2 years of oil changes/tire rotations free, so we thought that it would be worth the trip. I was skeptical at first, but made the trip and it was worthwhile. The price we arrived at was fair and honest, and we were greeted by a wonderful salesman, Nathan Glazewski. He treated us with respect and listened to what we wanted in a new car. Nathan showed that you don't have to be a "pushy" car salesman to ben respected by your customers and you can leave with a good feeling about your very major purchase. One of the nicest salesmen and transactions I have ever gone through in purchasing a new car. Beyond Nathan, everyone that we interacted with was fantastic. From Patrick the floor manager to Frank the finance representative. At no time did we feel a hard sell or were pushed to buy something that we did not want. We picked up the car after a few days delay due to a snowstorm and Nathan took the time to show us every feature of the car in detail, gave us his personal cell and email, and stayed with us as long as we had questions. This is a wonderfully run dealership and I would not hesitate to buy another car here again. More

An intelligent, thoughtful, and fun sales person! A phone conversation with Brian Canell influenced my decision to consider a 23-mile trip to Branford, and Dave Thomas made me feel welcome and at ease. And Frank Williams was inventive in solving a potential problem that saved me from making a dreaded visit (gasp) to the DMV! More

I said "sure", so he drove me to the Hyundai dealer, introduced me to their leasing manager, and 30 minutes later the old leased car was successfully returned. The transaction was delayed a day due to the fact I was unable to transfer funds directly to the dealership, and had to wire transfer funds to their bank. More

I did shop around afterwards and found that other dealers were playing games and were not honest. I won't use any names, but I would never recommend Shaker Kia to anyone! But I did come back to Premier Kia to see Nate and the Gang! I have never been happier and the experience that I had at Premier was the best. They made me feel at home. More

The staff was friendly and I never felt pressured to buy a car from them like other dealerships that I visited. The car drives great and will definitely buy another car from them in the future.
