EE couldn’t solve my problem. Told me he was a ‘nobody’ at the dealership and that I should probably go talk to the manager. Also told me not to use the Mercedes Connect website Told me he was a ‘nobody’ at the dealership and that I should probably go talk to the manager. Also told me not to use the Mercedes Connect website because it was terrible. When I asked about a map update he just said it was ‘expensive and only supported for a year’. No offer to help. MB has great promises mad but….. More

Nathan and the entire service team at Flagship Lynnfield are truly first rate, consistently. It is nice, and important, as a customer to be recognized, appreciated, called by name, listened to, and followed are truly first rate, consistently. It is nice, and important, as a customer to be recognized, appreciated, called by name, listened to, and followed through with, again consistently. I am always treated with respect, care, and empathy whenever I walk through the door. Service and solutions are equally applied during normal operations and flawlessly also during service recovery. A business cannot compete in any market without the benefit of such stakeholders. Mercedes and Herb Chambers are well served by Nathan. More

The service agent never called me or returned a call. They had the car for 4 days without even a call back to me. I had to chase every step along the way.
