We began searching for a new Subaru in May of 2021 and we started at Landers McLarty in Huntsville. We fell in love with the Outback and tried a couple of times to go and see an Outback but sadly they sold started at Landers McLarty in Huntsville. Salesperson Kendall Roderick was especially helpful and Knowledgeable regarding the ordering and the eventual delivery of our new 2022 Subaru Outback. She went above and beyond to make sure she kept us updated on the status of our car and was always patient and kind, answering all the questions we had. The professionals we personally had interaction with was Nathan Hudson (sales manager), Bridget Brooks (sales representative), and Ethan Murphy (finance). All were very knowledgeable about the vehicle specifications and features, which is very impressive because there are so many!! All three were top notch, friendly, and went out of their way to make the process enjoyable, and efficient (we didn't need to shop anymore after the first visit). Bridget was very accommodating as well when we picked our vehicle up because we were in a hurry...she went through the entire quick book owner's manual without missing a beat or any details and set up my Starlink account and remote start!
