I had entered the show room to drive a used Toyota Highlander and after speaking to Eric Beilowitz found out I had come to the new car show room and that the used cars dealership was next door. Eric explained he had 2010 Highlanders I could test drive If I was interested.I told him I was interested in the Base model and he asked that I wait and he would get me a saleman to take the test drive. That salesman was Nathan he was a great match his style was relaxed and I felt comfortable with the sale. It had been 12 years since I had purchased a car and needless to say I was a bit nervous about the process. Nathan did a great job he made sure I understood how the car handled he told me about the warranty and gave high mark to the Service Dept. all concerns I had. I also spoke with Eric Beilowitz who also had the same relaxed manner I never felt pressured or overwhelmed My overall experience was excellent at Wellesley Toyota I would recommend Wellesley Toyota to family and friends.
