Have gotten my Acura serviced there twice in a row. Service writer was very polite. Price was what I expected, they didn't try to upsell. Waiting area was good size and pleasant. Biggest issue I found was that although I have the exact same tires that I had on my last visit, the tread measure actually increased? In other words, I have more tread than last time even though I drove 5k miles and didn't buy new tires. So, were the readings wrong last time or this time? Or did they try to upsell me tires last time? More
