I normally have all my oil changes done here and on occasion when your site isn't running a special, I'll ask if a nearby Honda dealership price/special can be matched (the answer has always been yes). occasion when your site isn't running a special, I'll ask if a nearby Honda dealership price/special can be matched (the answer has always been yes). So when I went to pay and was given I high price, I asked the rep Nathan if he could honor a competitor offer, he said no right away and tried to use an excuse as to why it wasn't valid (he was incorrect but I chose not to argue)...I showed him a second price/special of another dealership and he finally relented, although doing so begrudgingly. To make matters worst, he didn't even go over what recommended services the vehicle needed, for which I would have schedule one if not a few of them. I ended up getting my alignment done elsewhere the same day (that was an item on the list they provided but didn’t go over). I am now considering where to do future maintenance for my (2) Honda cars. More
