When I decided to go and pick up my car, Robert Langlois offered to pick me up at the airport. When Robert picked me up, he also showed me nice tourist spots and more - it was really great! Robert also helped me set up my Audi connect account and showed me some of the features of the car. He also made sure to charge the car overnight so it was ready for my return trip. He also let me test drive the car before signing the papers. Joshua Feinberg explained all the papers I needed to sign and made the process easy without upselling me on unnecessary items.
