Robert worked with me remotely to consider a CPO Audi. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me as an out-of-state buyer. With additional troubleshooting by this m He was incredibly responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me as an out-of-state buyer. With additional troubleshooting by this manager, Shahin Kangarani, they were able to make possible a very good deal for me, despite the complexity of shipping the car out-of-state. I was truly blown away by their transparency, integrity, and willingness to work through all of the logistics. Hats off to them! More

Robert Langlois, my salesperson, was cordial, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. However once negotiations start and ultimately I interfaced with the Finance Department, it was awful. Super long wait and a pleasure to work with. However once negotiations start and ultimately I interfaced with the Finance Department, it was awful. Super long wait to talk to someone (2+ hours), then I was literally rushed through as it was closing time to the point where I said I sure hope I'm not signing anything I'm not already aware of. Oh no, I was assured. Ends up a Service Agreement was included which greatly increased my cost (my bad, I own that). Once I realized this when I reviewed paperwork at home I asked for it to be cancelled, this was the day after purchase. I've been assured that this request has been made, but can not be provided an authorization # for my credit union to confirm. The Finance Manager (Andrew Kubichek) isn't returning my call, but the person who took the message said it will take 1-1.5 months for the change to be made. Which results in approximately $250 out of my pocket in interest. This is insane. Andrew didn't endear me to himself when he immediately cashed my check, knowing I had needed to electronically transfer $ from one bank to the checking account bank to cover it. I wasn't intending on buying that dy, but did so they could count my purchase as part of their September income, it was the last day of the month. Check bounced, come to find out it takes 1-3 days for an electronic transfer to settle. Finance Managers should know that, amirite? :( More

Probably the best car buying experience ever. Low key, no pressure, no surprises. Being in Marin County and being an Audi dealership I was expecting a completely different experience. Everyone was low key, professional, and extremely easy to work with. As a business owner I can really tell you that the culture at this dealership was on point and I wouldn't change anything. Obviously the result of good leaders, training, and employees who care about what they do. I was refereed to this dealership by a friend who's purchased 2 Audi's from you and I'll be telling my friends and definitely coming back to buy another Audi. Thanks. More

This was my first time working with Audi Marin and it was great: I emailed them after 10 p.m. asking for a quote, and they sent it to me around 10 a.m., one of the first. Nathan Proctor sent me a detailed quote with most of the numbers you'd see on a lease contract, which I appreciated. My conversation continued with Shahin Kangarani, who responded quickly and was able to beat other dealers' quotes. When I decided to go and pick up my car, Robert Langlois offered to pick me up at the airport. When Robert picked me up, he also showed me nice tourist spots and more - it was really great! Robert also helped me set up my Audi connect account and showed me some of the features of the car. He also made sure to charge the car overnight so it was ready for my return trip. He also let me test drive the car before signing the papers. Joshua Feinberg explained all the papers I needed to sign and made the process easy without upselling me on unnecessary items. Robert followed up with me and helped answer some new questions I had. I'll recommend Audi Marin to my friends. More
