Thank you for your feedback and for your kind words about our team. We’re glad to hear that everyone was friendly and easy to work with. We do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the online reservation system. We understand how frustrating it can be to schedule an appointment online only to arrive and have to provide your vehicle information again. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like this helps us identify areas where we can improve the Guest experience. Thank you for choosing Courtesy Mitsubishi, and we hope to provide you with a smoother experience on your next visit.
