My experience at Heritage Ford was great. I went to them at the end of October and ordered my new Escape. My salesman, Nathan Wardwell, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He set up many of the features in the car and explained to me how they can be changed. He explained the ones that I could change myself going forward. Theresa Moss in Financing was great as well. She got me a great interest rate with an established bank. She then helped me with choosing a protection plan and a service plan that would go with my life and driving habits. She was super friendly. Nathan called me the next day to see how I was doing with the new car. More
