I chose Heritage Ford to do business because a number of years ago I purchased a new vehicle from Heritage Toyota. It was a welcomed surprise to find out nothing had changed. For those out there thinking about the purchase of a new/used vehicle, I understand that Heritage Ford is expecting a significant increase in their inventory in the coming weeks. I recently bought a used car ( 9 months ago to be precise) from them and the battery just went poof. Gone. The guy that gave me the boost said that this battery seems to be old. Or defective. I called them so they can replace it and they simply said no. They will charge me for a new one. I thought that one of the perks of buying an used car from the dealer was that they will respond if anything was wrong with it. Extremely disappointed about their service and the guarantee they offer which in this case proves to be non-existent. Bottom line is: DONT BUY USED CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY OFFER NO GUARANTEE.
