Nathan and Audi Fort Wayne did a great job of helping me find the S3. We started with a showroom tour and he helped my fiance understand the Audi line. Ed Bean who truly cares for his customers. I have know Ed for a bit now and when a car came in on trade that he knew I may enjoy he contacted me immediately, next thing you know I’m checking o I have know Ed for a bit now and when a car came in on trade that he knew I may enjoy he contacted me immediately, next thing you know I’m checking out the car and loving it as he explains everything to me about the car! Even going so far as calling and getting information on service history for this used vehicle! Once I decided I wanted the car he sprung into action and was able to get me in the car at a low price that I was beyond happy with. All while he sorted out all the paperwork I was given a beverage and premium snack. Finance with Melissa was quick and informational, she gave me every piece of info I could ever need and even made me chuckle a bit.
